Fictional Heat
The Fictional Heat is a Budapest-based singer-songwriter quartet who, by day, scribble half-formed lyrics and fragments of melodies into pocket notebooks while working as baristas – and by night, build dreamlike worlds out of melancholic soul and raw psychedelic sounds. Hypnotic drums, humming basslines, soaring guitar, and heartfelt melodies blend in their music, evoking the vibe of underground pop and the atmosphere of an imaginary film score all at once.
